Cox Technique

Cox Technique Flexion/Distraction and Decompression Adjustment (a.k.a. flexion-distraction or Cox Technique) was developed by James M. Cox, D.C., nearly 50 years ago as a marriage of chiropractic and the osteopathic principles described by Alan Stoddard, D.O., in his book Osteopathic Technique.  Cox Technique is a gentle, safe, low-force procedure that works with the body’s design to encourage its natural healing process, relieve spinal pain, and return patients to their desired quality of life.  (see www.coxtechnic.com)
